Add 'tip' in cash register

Tipping is taxed 0% so if you add an amount to the cash register because a customer wants to tip, be able to set this to 0% VAT right away as well.

    Ik vind deze wel risky.. als je je fooi registreert dan moet je dit ook opgeven bij je kwartaalaangifte en er ook belasting over betalen namelijk…
